We assist seniors and their families who need to downsize and move locally in with family, into a smaller residence, independent living or a continuing care community.  Oftentimes these are unexpected moves due to a health event. 

 

We provide guidance as to what furniture and personal items are needed and will fit in the new floor plan.  Then we pack, coordinate with the moving company and unpack at the new location.

 

After the move has taken place, we will help find a home for the remaining items through gifting, liquidation and donation. We will clear the house and help ready it for sale.
